412 I have been reading Liz Isaacson's books for quite a while. Yes, I know Elana is her "real" name. Anyway, each series is better than the one written before it. I do wish she could emphasize to her proof readers the importance of catching extra words, missed words, wrong words in the context, etc. I haven't given a 5star review very many times on any author for that reason. It breaks the reader's concentration trying to determine what is meant. The plots and characters flow well and, if you can overlook some of the obvious flaws of grammar and extras, the stories are good... No filthy language nor sex scenes for this old woman to fuss about. Liz Isaacson's books are serious, funny, and sometimes have you on the edge of your seat. I have laughed and have cried so bad that I had to stop reading until I calmed myself down, but, oh, what a joy it is to read them. Give one of the box sets a try. They follow a family for a time. Or if you don't want to invest that much time at first, grab a stand alone book and give her a try. That's how I got started and I almost get caught up when here she comes with another series. I just love her to death!!
